There is still some legal wrangling in the Georgia case where suit has been brought to keep Obama off their election ballot.

yawn, so last year Joe... The state of Hawaii acknowledge that their birth certificate is not real... They created it from the information the administration gave them, since the original was "destroyed". Therefore its a legitimate birth certificate as was signed off by the state. Is or is not does not matter, he has an official birth certificate from the state of hawaii... Case closed.

obama was groomed from early on for his position. nothing like social security numbers or birth certificates are going to get in the way. check out his first place of employment after college (proven to be a CIA front). the elections are all fixed at this point...from all sides. read upon the electronic vote flipping going on with romney, even in the primaries. who we'll get in 2013 is already written.

The bottom line is still that the MORONS in this country voted this sand monkey into office.

I posted in another thread, I heard some of the news conference.

The BC is a fraud, the selective service papers were a fraud and the "posse" was able to recreate the way the document was created. They looked up, from the national archives, the aircraft manifests, all the flight info from that time period, and anything on the days from his mom's trip here is mysteriously truncated and they have have many affadavits from people who met BHO 30 years ago at Ayer's home and he was introduced as a foreign student. It's already been put out there that he received student aid as a foreign student when he was in college, hence the sealing of the records.

This really is of no significance, he could come out and admit he was born on the moon and he will stay POTUS as the destabilization of removing him is not something we want.

Of more significance to me is the fact that we are chasing Romney around because he is a Mormon and doing/saying nothing about the FACT that BHO was born to a Muslim father, adopted by a Muslim step father, registered in school in Indonesia as a Muslim and seems to do everything he can to further the cause of Muslims. He goes to Muslim prayer breakfasts and events, but frowns upon Christian holidays and symbols in spite of the fact that he claims to be one.

Look up "taquiyya" and see what you think. If you are looking at what someone does as opposed to what they say, you might be a bit surprised.

Let me quote myself on this and add a comment about the birth certificate thing, I don't want to say I believe it, but it is an interesting chain of thought: the Constitution says the POTUS must be a "natural born" citizen, but does not define what "natural born" is. Some existing case law seems to say that being born anywhere AND having at least one parent a U.S. citizen makes you natural born. O boy fits this, I think. Now before you flame my ass, I'm not saying I agree with it...just tossing out a turd bomb to think about.

Doesn't apply to him. You are bound by the law that is in place when you are born. Immigration laws change constantly, so you have to be up on them to know.

At the time he was born, and under the circumstances of his birth (US citizen, under age of 19, married to foreign national, giving birth outside of the US) BHO cannot be a birth right citizen. The laws since are less strict now, but that is what they were when he was born.

This has been posted a multitude of times here and I have posted links before, so I am not going to bother with it now. I also pointed out that I have some family, born during the time same time frame under similar conditions and they could only be naturalized; so I know first hand.

I would also like to point out (again) that my personal opinion is that anyone born to a US citizen anywhere in the world should be a US citizen. It pisses me off that illegals can have kids here that are citizens and citizens can have kids who aren't. Immigration laws in this country leave a lot to be desired.

Having said all of that, Jimmy Carter was a citizen and I wanted him gone too. His policies are bad for this country.

Not as long as they continue to get their free health care, rent, food stamps, etc. Not only are they willing to give up their freedom, they are giving up the freedom that belongs to their children and grandchildren.
