Good Morning All,

Am so hopeful I didn't make a huge mistake.

I was reloading some 9mm this morning; Berrys 115 RN and wanted to see if my OAL was in line to cycle in my H&K P& PSP.

Took four rounds without powder inside, WITHOUT primers, intending to cycle like a snap cap. Loaded the first round in the chamber and the slide locked up not allowing me to
open her. Here are a few photos. Am guessing with the absent primer the firing pin is in the pocket and that has locked up the slide? You can see in the one photo how the firing pin
is slid forward like for a spent round...is the issue because there still is a bullet in the case? Can still be cocked fine with the squeeze cocker and the pin moves out, but the takedown button
doesn't free up the slide.

Is there a solution I can manage, does she need a knowledgable gunsmith, a trip to H&K USA???

Thanks,

Shawn

Remember with a Gas operated gun, like the P7 or Desert eagle use slower burning power that burns cleaner like Accurate 9. It will cycle faster and not dirty up the ports... cheap reloads use fast burning dirty powder and then requires more cleaning and more problems.

Congrats on the awesome gun!
