I recently built an AR15 pistol with 7.5" barrel and KAK Flash Can. Took it out to fire it yesterday and every 3rd or 4th .223 round fails to eject. The ejector catches the round but the bolt fails to go back far back enough to spit the case out and catches the next round jamming the firearm. What steps can I take to resolve this? What can it be?

Sounds like a gas problem. Likely under gased. You could install an adjustable gas block. If that doesn't work then the gas port is probably too small.
The port can be drilled out a little and then adjust the gas block until it cycles. Could also be a compound problem. You might want to install a beefier
ejector spring. If you installed a mil spec buffer, I doubt that is the problem.

Thank you for the replies. I have contacted the manufacturer of the kit and they will be fixing the problem.
