I dunno. I got another product arrival notice earlier today (.40 cal bullets) and they were in stock when I clicked the link.

No kidding, huh? I was super excited. For all of about 1 minute.

I was even willing to pay a f'ing Hazmat fee! [smilie=icon_lol.gif]

If I ever find small rifle primers again...preferably #41's I'm going to buy at least 50,000, no kidding..

I'm skeered about small pistol and rifle.

I see that scharch.com is 2 months out on shipping primed .223 brass! [smilie=icon_eek.gif] NOBODY can get the small stuff right now. :(

So fess up... Which one of you whores is sitting on all the primers? [smilie=icon_lol.gif]

I have always had good luck at TCCI Thunderbird Cartridge Company Inc. http://www.tbirdammo.com They aren't very good with maintaining there web site just call 800-535-AMMO first to check stock and price and ask about the river crossing on 67th ave.

Thanks for the T-bird tip, it looked like they had em' on the website, so I called to find out that they didn't...
but they did have some powder on hand, not my favorite but usable, so I went to get it....
Wow, if you blink you will pass the place and you will wonder if you are trespassing when driving in..Lol
As you are walking up to the door that says "Office" you are thinking...office to what??? A junk yard???
Are they going to shoot me if I open this door??? This can't be the place...holy crap! where did that big dog come from!
Better move now or your dog food sucker! As it turned out, everything was fine. Lol. Just kind of creepy on the first visit.
The guy was knowledgeable and polite, AND had my powder ready and waiting for me!
If they would have had the small rifle primers, I'd be in love.

FYI, (Obama)
The pledge of allegiance should be rendered by standing at attention facing the flag with the right hand over the heart.
When not in uniform men should remove their headdress with their right hand and hold it at the left shoulder, the hand being over the heart. Persons in uniform should remain silent, face the flag, and render the military salute.
Any questions?

Your Welcome, I thought the same thing my first trip there. I met them @ a show 10 years ago when I first started to reload. Was just down there to get 8#s of Unique 3 week ago. Just finished up 1500 shot shells last weekend. still have plenty left for the 9mm if I only had the primers. I could also use small rifle primers if you find them.

So is there currently anywhere you can buy small rifle primers either online or locally?

to get small rifle you have to get very creative and be a detective. You will not be able to just buy them in a store or online from someones recommendation in a forum, you really have to work at it.......LOL, good luck.

I hope this isn't hijacking or redirecting the thread but it is component related. I am trying to get a group buy going for handgun bullets from montana gold. They make real good FMJ and CMJ and have some JHP that I havent tried yet. I use their 55Gr .224s for plinking and they are as accurate as any other. They told me they will ship anything listed as in stock on their website within a week and I was hoping we could get at least 3 cases to get the best discount available. If we buy 8000 115Gr 9mm FMJ it is only .067 each ($67/1000). I am in for 4K myself. 185Gr JHP for 45ACP is only .127 each ($127/1000) with an order of 2300 and 230GR FMJ is only $140/1000. For 40S&W 165 JHP, 165Gr FMJ, and 180Gr FMJ are only .11XX ea ($108 - $115/1000) for an order of 2700

Im trying to get the order out this Friday before they run out of even more stuff.
