Yea I know. No fun switch. What's a fair price for a properly done UMP SBR? Assuming good to great shape, but definitely used and would never pass for NIB.

Prices are advertised all over the place.

I'm gonna check one out, just looking for a range of prices from people in the know.

What I've mentioned is all I know at this time.

There is a new clone coming out very soon... It's from Todd Bailey's brother, if you know the history on that nut roll. Atlantic is going to carry them. It's got a stupid name. If your search skills are strong, you might find one or two on Gunbroker.

My point, and I do have one, is that it's going to disrupt the current prices for UMP clones, as it's a new option. It would seem more than a few folks are trying to sell UMP clones before the prices drop.

$725 for a pistol UMP?? am i missing something?

EDIT: ehh... for a empty receiver, thats not all TTOOO bad. but if u have to buy the barrel, bolt carrier, ect....then you might as well buy a USC

'Proper' converted USCs (to UMP spec) sell for $4000 to $6000 bucks... so $750 plus a $1000 parts kit gets you into the UMP game cheap...cheaper than buying a USC.

HKs have always been expensive... UMPs are no exception.
