I really liked Lights Out very entertaining it's available on Barnes and Nobles website for Nook so you can read it on your IPAD, Kindle ect. There is another book I'd like to recommend if you liked "Lights Out" it's called "One Second After" and is also available on Nook. It is very similar in plot to Lights Out but much more dark. I feel that it is a far more realistic story of what would happen to America if an EMP attack happened. I won't go into any more detail about the story but I think that if you like these kind of books than you don't want to miss One Second After.

An EMP attack is certainly something to be concerned about - But a CME is more likely to occure - We have never had an EMP, but we have had numerous CME's, and they have caused real problems - Also a serious storm like the one that just happened in the northeast should cause everyone to revaluate their ability to cope with the lack of power - I don't believe it's a matter of if, but when - EMP, CME or severe storm, it's all the same - are we prepared to be without power for 2-10 (or more) days - Think about it !!!!
