Tried to call and email, no response. No one answers phone, voicemail full. Need to modify an order and with there overpriced shipping I don't want to make another order. I don't even know if anything is in stock? Seems very lame

I ordered some mags from them back in January that I knew for a certain fact were in stock and not victim to the typical panic shortage going on,...and it took 3 weeks just to hear from them that indeed they were now about to process my order. I did get them,...but it took weeks longer than it should have.

I can only assume they are scrambling to fulfill orders and prepare for a worst case legislative scenario. They are heavily invested in all that Steyr tooling they bought, after all, and being located in the same state as Shitcago,...they are exposed and threatened more than gun companies based other places. Hopefully, their attention is being taken up with getting ready to move the f**k out of that damned region.

They're swamped with orders and have always had bad customer service.

Even before the craze they were never clear on if something was in stock or not. In fact, I've called it to inquire as if something was in stock, was told it was, and then when I placed the order online I was notifed a week later that it was backordered....
They're priority right now are distributors/gun stores, and could care less about the general consumer.

Lol...look at their forum on ARF. I looked at it when I was thinking of placing an order, and the first topic was " why are you the worst shop on the web" and they went downhill from there.

From my experience, DSA has become the worst online gun parts seller. You cannot trust the website for what is in stock, they are rude when you speak to them, and some of their products are garbage. It's sad to see what was a once great company reduced to a joke.

My guess is that they are screwing us in more ways than one. Based on how they treat the public, what kind of crap are they churning out on all these government contracts they brag about? I'm sure our tax dollars are going to good use.
