Just sent an email to ABC15 about their disgusting piece. I suggest you guys do the same.

Hello,
I just finished watching your piece on the man carrying a rifle at Obama's speech at the VFW. This man was doing nothing wrong, was merely expressing his rights, and is an American just like you and I. You managed to vilify an upstanding American who works hard, and pays his bills. You also managed to call his rifle, a "machine gun", an "assault rifle", a "shoulder rifle", and also pointed out his "magazine clip". All of which are completely false, and sound down right stupid and ignorant to anyone who has the slightest clue about what you are referring to. It was a semi automatic rifle, and a magazine. Not a machine gun, not an assault rifle, not a "clip magazine". Saying "clip magazine" is like saying "spoon fork". Whoever wrote that piece obviously has no idea what they are talking about. Strange, I thought this was supposed to be informative news. I know 8 year old's who have a better comprehension of firearms. Do you guys even research what you are putting on TV? If you would have run that by even one person with an iota of firearm knowledge, it would have never made the final cut in it's current state. But, who needs editors right, it's not like you're making news or anything. You are really raising the bar ABC15...

Sincerely,
(never watching abc15 again)

They need to check their facts. Calling it flat out a machine gun.

It's too bad Obama will never be within 100 yds. of any non-LEO who's armed. The man has spent his life in places (Hawaii, Boston, Chicago) where only criminals have guns. Cryin' shame someone so out of touch with the real American experience gets elected POTUS. I remember meeting kids who had never seen snow or been out in the woods before too.

That's what happens when the majority of the electorate have been sufficiently dumbed down to the useful idiots they are.

I'm not surprised Sinema was out there. I hope everyone is watching her. She is dangerous and as the de facto leader of the state Democratic party, she commands a lot of air time.

We agree on something.

I can't stand that broad.

Why ANYONE watches News15 is beyond me. There is a reason why their slogan is "less news, more sensationalism". Calling an AR15 what really is generates as much interest as watching a Tara Reid movie. Call it an "assault weapon" or a "machinegun", and you get people's attention.

And she's also the craziest of the bunch as far as I can tell.
Some of her answers in the 2A areas are disturbing.

As I get older it seems the news just repeats itself. For those of us able to remember, isn't this beginning to resemble early 1967, although currently a little calmer. And while that was also legal it began the process toward a law that has been the bane of gun ownership since passage.

I sincerely hope this turns out better,
Mr.Smith

Someone at ARF.com actually thought Chris B was a black panther.

What a tool! [smilie=icon_rolleyes.gif]

Get ready when it starts to look like 1968. Or Watts 1965.

Ah yes, ARF.com; where the true geniuses hang out. [smilie=icon_rolleyes.gif] Guess they didn't get the memo that the Black Panthers can be found carrying nightsticks and pipes outside of polling places.

She is a total loon, and her followers are the same. That's why in another thread when joking remarks like, "She's a lesbian, I'd vote for her!" I got totally disgusted. Don't even joke about sh** like that. Rick is right: she is totally dangerous.

I'm watching her political fate as a litmus test as to Arizona's future. If we can't stifle, if not purge, the likes of her, I fear it's the beginning of the end as we see more and more Priuses with "Obama 2012" stickers taking over our roads and we become a blue state.
