All you two did was the same thing you've done the entire thread: throw out straw-man arguments, shout down others who have good information to add to the discussion, and insult those that don't agree with you. Throwing up your silly graphics finally showed how much you actually care about the counter-points people are making to you...

On bArfCom, Clyde is comparing himself to both Rosa Parks and the Black Panthers. When he ran out of legitimate arguments and defenses, he started posting stupid pictures...

Ranger has sand in his va-jay-jay over Clyde... it's pointless. Unless you are planning to come to the July dinner Ranger maybe you should stay out of this discussion, you opinion means zilch. Go back to spewing on barfcom.

Oh brother! Here we go again... Look, I'm still unconvinced. All y'all did was to talk about your OWN impression not the public's. You infer that the public will agree with y'all (and y'all I mean 3 or 4 in the forum). I'm not buying it until I hear a few John Q. Publics say: "Yeah the crazy dude with the bright shirt's big gun scares us and makes us believe in gun-control."

Y'all talked about not wanting to be represented or associate with that but yet didn't show up to represent yourselves or organize a "tasteful" carry event.

Then we tried to lighten things up a bit, y'all know sense of humor right? But I guess y'all take yourselves more seriously than we do. Here's a clue, LIGHTEN UP! I don't want to high-jack the thread so that is all, I'm done.

Here's the link but in all honesty trying to talk them down their high horse is like putting screens on a submarine. Anyways, enjoy y'all!

URL edited out - we will NOT be starting a shit-fest over this topic, gentlemen....

Theres a reason they call it BARFCOM, all that comes outta the threads over there is BARF.
Again, if you tain't part of the clique you be fodder for flaming.

I'd say ignor that situation and we'll continue down our path, its working so far, so why waste time trying to defend the actions of anyone involved in this OC dinner occassion, to anyone, least of all those that have decided not to participate.
Its' much like them saying I don't agree with OVomit so I'll not be a citizen anymore. At least thats my take.
I'm done with the barfcom thing, no more time to waste on it, I suggest you all ignor it and move on, it doesn't warrant being in the same thread.
Hey see you all at the next one, bigger, better, funner.

Jesus I can't believe I just read that whole thread. I'm sorry I ever brought up the idea of someone OC'ing an AR pistol.

I want those 15 mins of my smoke break back. You couldn't even tell what it was. People are bitching and crying about something they didn't even see or participate in. Doesn't bother me one way or another.

I see Clyde's point though. People always say they aren't taking anymore infringement and it seems like it's a line drawn in the sand instead of concrete. If people don't like it that's their problem.

For them, it's simply bowing to the libtard PC image of a gunowner. Professional, I dig ditches, lay pipe, pull fiber and Cat 5/6, so what's professional dress for my work? I'm sure it's not the same as someone who sells cars, a mechanic, a realtor, etc. I suppose I have to cut my hair, shave, wear new name brand clothes that don't attract attention, and blend in like the sheeple according to them?

I won't, and these OC dinners are for everyone to display and excercise their rights as they see fit. Now, should it ever come to a safety issue similar to the one RJ experienced in a resturaunt not long ago, then that person needs to get a boot in the ass and run off from any similar events. And that's the important part of these OC dinners, it's just a bunch of people from all walks of life that happen to take a common interest in protecting our constitutional rights, and are willing to put themselves into the public spotlight to expose and inform. Yes, we're going to scare people, hell, I scare people without wearing a gun, but it's not our problem they fear us because we have a OC firearm. It's their fear, and an irrational one at that. The more we do these dinners, the more people will hear about our actions, as we educate more and more people on our constitutionally guaranteed rights.

Who knows, I may just break out that AR pistol again in the near future, though, I'm gonna have to get a different carry rig, that thing weighs a ton and I'm gonna hafta find a better way to support the weight [smilie=icon_mrgreen.gif]

And for Ranger SXT, as a moderator, it's quite out of protocol for you to be saying the things you are on here. You don't take criticism well and I don't care to be banned for simply speaking my mind to you when you talk outta your ass.

Have a great gun carryin' Kenpo day

Clyde
