This guy's ex-wife married a convicted sex offender, Dad BY LAW is supposed to get the children full time. Lawyer Mafia says "We are the Law"....Dad appeals it all the way up to the Neb Sup Ct.

Lawyers and their slimy pupated, even more powerful superiors: "Judges", have basically told the Legislature that THEY are the Fkn Law!

Since there's a majority of Ovarians on the Neb. Sup Ct. expect this case, since the Plaintiff is a MALE to be dismissed...as the slunts in robes won't be able to find "significant risk".

An outrage and not what the Legislature intended, but hey, when you're dealing with slimy fkn lawyers, the answer to every question is "It depends".

Not all people in power follow the law. Not to mention, it is very difficult for a father to win custody, even in best of situations.

It will always be a battle when the deck is stacked against you from the get-go simply because you have an "outie". A former neighbor of mine was in court constantly to get his visitation. His kids obviously didn't want to be with their mother. It didn't matter.

I've been there before. Luckily my custody stuff never had to go past a meeting with a moderator.

I remember seeing a guy sobbing at the counter saying over and over "I just want to see my kids". It's crazy some of the stories I hear.

If he would have done something like that, he would have went to jail. His only choice, once he found where they were, was to move there and fight it in court.
After thousands of grandma & grandpa's money, he is now lucky to have joint custody. F%#king sad.

Now, keep in mind that your CONGRESS, will have hearings and rumble angrily about rich spoiled babies playing kids games, but will NEVER EVER touch this.

Child Support mainly exists because the .gov gets their share of what it takes from you. The more they can make you pay the more they get to stuff into their pockets. Also after your kids turn 18 they don't automatically stop taking from your check you have to actually call them and they will have to run their 'assessment' before they actually stop. Then what you over pay during this 'assessment' you wont get it back
