I am part way through the 4th episode. All I do is shake my head that they got away with this, twice and that they found a jury that a believed a word these witnesses had to say. Just the nephew would have me convinced that they were framing him in the way he kept changing his story to make the detectives happy. This makes me want to live on a deserted island with just my dog and my guns and never speak to another living soul again. If they can do this to him they can do this to anyone.
What's worse, is that a innocent young lady was murdered by members of the Manitowic Sheriffs Dept. just to frame Steven Avery to personally not have to pay a settlement that could have been in the tens of millions of dollars. Sounds like plenty of motive and opportunity to me.
He should have been acquitted based on the planting of evidence by MSD investigators, lack of trace evidence in the trailer. The whole case was compromised with MSD in the heart of the scene after they handed the case investigation over to Calumet County Sheriffs Office.
Very true. I don't know how any man can ever sit in judgement of another man in this country when even one crooked cop, prosecutor or judge exists anywhere in the system. First vote was 7 not guilty and a couple undecided. The dismissed juror said there were a couple hard headed jurors in the pool that did not participate. I feel for anyone facing a jury trial in this country, or any other country.
Also sucks the person responsible will probably get away with it forever and may be enforcing laws on other innocent people.
